• To be included for the online calcutta, the full entry to the tournament must be paid in full by 10pm on Thursday night, 12-5-2024.

• The winning bidder will have to pay for this online calcutta by Thursday, December 12 at 10pm or that team will go back to the next highest bidder. Electronic payments can ONLY be made thru Cashapp, Venmo, Zelle, or PayPal.

• The online calcutta will start on 12/6/24 at 3pm and will end on 12/11/24 at 8pm.

• If a player cancels after the bids are closed that player will be removed, payouts will be adjusted, and winning bidder will be refunded.

• To prevent snipe bidding there is a 3-minute timeframe in between bids. This happens at the end.

• No gouge bidding allowed (Ex: current winning bid is $100; you can’t bid $1000)

• Max increase of bids is $50. (Another Ex. Bidder A has current winning bid at $50, Bidder A can’t bid another $50 and make it $100 for the same exact item)

• If you win a bid and don’t pay, you can’t be involved ever again.

• Winning bidders have to give at least a 1/2 buying option to the individual they got. It is the individual's responsibility to reach out to the winning bidder to figure out the details (if you need help with this please reach out to me).

• Teams must make payment arrangements with winning bidder prior to the start of the live calcutta on Saturday.

• There will also be a in person live calcutta Saturday, which is completely separate from this online calcutta. The winning bidder of the live calcutta will also have to give at least a 1/2 option to the individual. The live calcutta is Cash only

• Both calcuttas will pay 20% of the field.

• There will also be 2 side pots. Cash only

            1. $50 - Winner take all

            2. $100 - pays top 4

• There is a Live Action Billiards LLC 5% admin fee from this online calcutta. Message me (Hollywood) before you send the payment to confirm.
