Rules

*Auction will begin on Weds July 16th, at 9:30 PM Eastern Time. Auction will end on Thursday at 9:30pm Eastern time May 15th - ***IMPORTANT*** THIS WEBSITE IS BASED IN THE CENTRAL TIME ZONE. IT WILL SAY "ENDS AT 8:30pm. THAT IS 9:30 PM EASTERN TIME.

*Golden Break takes a 5% fee for running, collecting and paying out the auction.  

* Format: 650 & Under 9-Ball with $90 entry. Races to 7 on winners and races to 6 on losers with re-draw final 8 single elimination. Finals race to 8. Winner breaks with early 9's count as a win (NOT OFF THE BREAK) and playing the 3-foul rule. Under 600 will be 1 game spot. Within 10 points is even game. ALL BALL FOULS. Will be played on 9 ft diamonds and capped at 32 players.

* Any glitches in the website are beyond our control. The winning bidder is who the website says it is at the end of the auction. No arguments.

*To prevent snipe bidding there is a 3-minute time frame added in between bids that are place within or after the last 3 minutes of the auction before the auction will close on that particular player

***All winning bidders must pay E-transfer to gbtournaments2024@gmail.com or spoken to Brian Ip about cash.

*All players have the right to purchase up to half of themselves. Players must make arrangements with bidders prior to the draw which will be at 8:00 PM Friday.

*If the winning bid has not been paid, it will go down to the previous winning bidder at the value that they bid them for.

*We deal with the winning bidder and the players. Any partnerships/corporations will have to handle splits on their own.

*ALL BIDS MADE UNDER NICKNAMES, INITIALS, ETC. WILL BE DELETED IMMEDIATELY!

*MINIMUM STARTING BID IS $50 AND MINIMUM INCREASE IS $25 FOR ALL PLAYERS

**Payouts are as follows**

1 - 35%

2 - 21%

3rd/4th - 10%

5th - 8th - 6%

** Percentages are based on the total collected auction funds minus the 5% fee
